We do not start optional analytics until you select “Accept cookies”. If accepted, we record a random visitor and session identifier, pages viewed, selected interaction and scroll signals, device category, referral and campaign parameters, and coarse location supplied by our hosting network. Network addresses are converted server-side into a salted one-way hash; we do not retain the raw address or form-field values in analytics events.

When you request a consultation, we process the name, email address, company, project notes, and selected time that you submit. Booking details are stored in our database and a notification is sent to our team through Telegram. If you previously accepted cookies, the submitted lead may be linked to its earlier anonymous journey so we can understand which pages contributed to the enquiry. We do not sell your personal data.

You can reject optional cookies or change your selection at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Rejecting removes the analytics identifiers stored in your browser and stops further collection. We use HTTPS and restrict analytics and booking tables to server-side access. You may contact us to request access, correction or erasure, or to object to or restrict processing where applicable.
