Terms of Service

1. Intellectual Property & Deliverables
Upon settlement of agreed milestone invoices, full ownership rights of custom engineered codebases, configurations, and deliverables transfer to the client. Neuronex retains rights only over proprietary boilerplate libraries and generic tooling.
2. Service Warranties & Third-Party APIs
We guarantee that software delivered meets agreed technical specifications. External APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Stripe, third-party messaging networks) operate under their respective SLAs and are subject to their availability and pricing terms.
3. Fair Use & System Integrity
Clients agree not to utilize engineered systems for malicious activities, abusive bulk spamming, or unauthorized security exploitation. Violation of fair use warrants immediate discontinuation of technical support.
4. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms and any engagement agreements are governed by the laws of England and Wales under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
